Audyssey Platinum Built-in

The AVR-X7200WA features Audyssey's most advanced Platinum suite of DSP technologies. Audyssey MultEQ XT32 automatic room acoustic measurement and correction system provides the highest precision digital filters for the speakers and subwoofers compared to the base MultEQ and MultEQ XT systems, and also allows for measurement at up to 8 locations in the room (up to 32 locations with MultEQ Installer Pro).

Audyssey Dynamic Volume smoothes out annoying jumps in volume, letting you listen at lower levels and still enjoy clear dialog and sound effects. Audyssey Dynamic EQ provides precision tonal tailoring for full range clarity at any listening level. Audyssey DSX delivers an expanded front soundstage with additional speakers and Sub EQ HT and LFC technologies optimize subwoofer audio.

4K Ultra HD 60 Hz Compatibility; HDMI 2.0a & HDCP 2.2 Compatibility

The AVR-X7200WA features an advanced video processing section with 8 HDMI inputs (including 1 conveniently located on the front panel) and all feature 4K Ultra HD full 60 Hz frame-rate and Pure Color 4:4:4 color sub-sampling and 21:9 compatibility along with the ability to transcode and upconvert analog SD and analog and digital HD video to 4K Ultra HD.

All HDMI inputs feature HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2 compatibility and there are 2 HDMI outputs for the main zone and a 3rd for a different source in another room, and the AVR-X7200WA is ISF-certified for optimum video performance.

Multi-Room Enjoyment

You can easily configure the AVR-X7200WA for multi-room listening by hooking up a pair of stereo speakers to 2 of the amp channels, which lets you enjoy 7 channel surround sound in the main room while others enjoy stereo sound from a different source in the 2nd room. There's also a dedicated HDMI output for the 2nd zone that lets you and your family enjoy 2 different video sources in 2 different rooms at the same time.

With a separate stereo amplifier and 2 more speakers, you can even enjoy a 3rd audio source in another room.

External Control and IP Control Capabilities

As part of Denon's IN·Command series of custom integration friendly A/V components, the AVR-X7200WA is equipped with a range of features that provide enhanced control capabilities and compatibility with 3rd party custom integration solutions.

The AVR-7200WA can also be set up and operated by a home computer on the network or remotely via IP control, using either the wired LAN connection or by Wi-Fi wireless connection.
