Featuring dual diversity antennas, the AVR-S920W is equipped with both dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for wireless streaming from your favorite smart device and connection to your home Wi-Fi network. You can also stream music from popular services including Pandora, SiriusXM and Spotify Connect as well as listen to any of thousands of internet radio stations.

The AVR-S920W is also equipped with Apple AirPlay for direct streaming from your favorite iOS device and the convenient front panel USB ports lets you directly connect your iOS device and charge it at the same time.

Advanced 4K Ultra HD Signal Processing, HDMI 2.0a, HDCP 2.2

For compatibility with 4K Ultra HD content the AVR-S920W features an advanced video processing system with the latest HDMI 2.0a and HDCP 2.2 specifications and full compatibility with the 4K Ultra HD BT.2020 specification including High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Wide Color Gamut (WCG). It's also compatible with 21:9 aspect ratio and 3D video content along with Pure Color 4:4:4 sub-sampling.

There are 8 HDMI inputs including 1 conveniently located on the front panel along with dual HDMI outputs for connection to 2 HDTVs.

7 Channel Amplifier With Discrete Output Devices, Low Impedance Drive, Eco Mode

For compatibility with the widest range of speaker brands and models the AVR-S920W features a powerful amplifier section that's fully compatible with low impedance 4 ohm speakers on all channels. Equipped with high current discrete output devices, the AVR-S920W features a maximum 185 watts per channel.

The Eco Mode lets you optimize energy efficiency and the Eco Auto mode automatically adjusts power consumption according to audio volume characteristics.

With the handy Quick Start Guide and the intuitive graphical on-screen display you can quickly and easily configure your AVR-S920W to exactly match your source components and speaker system configuration. For hassle-free speaker connections the AVR-S920W features premium-grade color-coded multi-way speaker connectors in a horizontal layout and with the supplied color-coded speaker cable labels you'll be able to easily make all the right connections the very first time.

There are 4 Quick Select buttons on the front panel and the remote that let you choose your favorite sources instantly and the AVR-S920W remembers your preferred sound mode settings for each.

You can also easily control the AVR-S920W with our Denon 2016 AVR Remote app, which is available for iOS and Android devices as well as the Kindle Fire, and control it with our Denon HEOS app via the HEOS Link. With your Smart TV you can also control the AVR-S920W using the TV's remote including source selection, Quick Select, surround mode and access the setup menu.

Audyssey Bronze DSP Processing

Denon was the first AV receiver manufacturer to embrace Audyssey DSP processing and we've introduced more Audyssey-equipped models than any other. The AVR-S920W features the Audyssey Bronze suite of DSP functions including MultEQ. With the supplied measuring microphone and mic stand, the AVR-S920W generates a series of test tones at each speaker, including the subwoofer, and then creates a full set of precision digital filters that optimize the entire speaker system and the room's acoustics.

Audyssey Dynamic Volume lets you listen at reduced volume levels and it prevents abruptly loud volume variations (such as commercials) and Audyssey Dynamic EQ ensures a smooth, natural tonal balance at any listening level.

Dual-Zone, Dual-Source Multi-Room Audio

You can connect a 5.1/5.2 surround speaker system in the main room and also connect a pair of stereo speakers in another room. Listen to movies or music in the main room while others can enjoy stereo sound from another source in another room, with independent volume controls for each room.
